General conditions applicable to customers of quattrostagioni.bg

These general conditions are applicable to users when using the website of the Quattro Stagioni restaurant.


  1. Definitions

Offer: are all goods, meals, drinks and services provided by the Quattro Stagioni restaurant, offered through the Internet platform.


Order: represents a sequence of actions carried out through the Internet platform by an end user, aimed at goods and/or services selected by the user to be provided by the Quattro Stagioni restaurant.


Customer: is a natural or legal person who uses the services of the Quattro Stagioni restaurant through the Internet platform.


Agreement: is the agreement between the Customer and the Quattro Stagioni restaurant regarding the Order, delivery or on-site receipt of the goods and/or services requested by the Customer via the Internet platform.


Platform: is the website https://www.quattrostagioni.bg, together with all the tools, applications for mobile devices and others accessible through it, through which the Customer is given the opportunity to use the services of the Quattro restaurant Stagioni.


Restaurant: is an organization /legal entity registered under the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria/ which prepares and offers meals, food, drinks and others to end customers, and for providing the goods and/or services is it is necessary to use the internet platform to conclude a contract and pay for it.


Information about the Restaurant: are all data about the organization /legal entity/, contact points, general information, menu /all hot and cold dishes, food, side dishes, drinks and others/, prices including Tax Added Value for each product, company logo, graphic images, options, prices and minimum order and delivery amounts.


Service: represents the activity provided to the Customer by the Quattro Stagioni restaurant, which includes the entire sequence of steps from the publication of the Offer, through the conclusion of the Contract, payment of the selected goods and/or services by the Customer in favor of the organization, and ends with the delivery of the Order in favor of the Customer at the address specified by him or at a place in the restaurant.

  1. Applicability

3.1 These General Terms and Conditions are applicable only to the services provided through the Internet platform. According to the type of delivery /to an address or pick up from the restaurant/ the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Restaurant also apply.


3.2 By submitting an Order, the Customer enters into a Contract with the Restaurant for the delivery of the goods and/or service chosen by him. The customer is bound by the Order after its submission. Cancellation of an order is allowed only if its preparation has not started. In case the order cannot be cancelled, the Customer owes the full amount of the Order.


  1. Offer

The Internet platform publishes Offers on behalf of the Quattro Stagioni restaurant.

Quattro Stagioni is not responsible for temporary/permanent unavailability of the Platform.


  1. Contract

5.1 The Agreement comes into force from the moment the Customer completes the Order by selecting the “Order” button during the process of placing an Order through the Platform.


5.2 After receiving an order, the Platform will confirm to the Customer the acceptance of the order and the estimated delivery time with a message on the Platform and electronically.


5.3 The contract can be performed by Quattro Stagioni restaurant only if the Customer provides accurate and complete contact and address information when submitting the Order. The Customer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in the payment data specified or provided through the Platform.


5.4 After submitting the Order, the Customer must be available for contact by phone or e-mail (specified when submitting the Order) in connection with information about the status and delivery of the Order.


5.5 If the Customer chooses to have the Order delivered to them, they or another person must be present at the delivery address they specify to receive their Order.


5.6 If the Customer chooses to receive the Order on site, he must appear at the time selected and confirmed by the Restaurant at the Restaurant’s Order pick-up point indicated on the platform when ordering, e-mail or text message for confirmation.


5.7 If the Order includes products with alcohol content, a representative of the Quattro Stagioni restaurant may ask the Customer to prove his age. If the Customer cannot adequately verify his age, or does not meet the minimum age requirements, the Restaurant will refuse to deliver the selected products to the Customer. In such case, the Customer may be charged an additional fee.


  1. Termination of the Agreement and cancellation of the Order

6.1 Given the fact that the offered products are made to order and perishable, the Customer has no right to cancel his order. . Cancellation of an order is allowed only if its preparation has not started. In case the order cannot be cancelled, the Customer owes the full amount of the Order.


6.2 The Restaurant has the right to cancel the Order if the Customer has provided an incorrect/non-working telephone number or other contact information or in case of force majeure.


6.3 If the Customer submits an Order by providing false or inaccurate contact information, does not pay or is not present at the place of delivery or collection to pick up the Order, or otherwise fails to fulfill its obligations under the Contract, the Organization has the right to refuse future Orders from The client. This does not cancel the Customer’s obligation to pay for the already made and prepared Order.


6.4 The Platform has the right to refuse Orders if there are doubts about the accuracy or authenticity of the Order or contact details. If the Platform cancels an already paid Order, the amount paid is refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. If the Customer places an Order that appears to be false or fraudulent, the Organization may notify the relevant competent authorities.


  1. Payment

7.1 From the moment of concluding the Contract in accordance with the provisions of section 5, point 1 of these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is obliged to pay the value of the Order. The customer can fulfill this payment obligation by using an electronic payment method or by paying cash on delivery to the door or at the collection point.


7.2 Subject to the provisions of section 6, point 4 of these General Terms and Conditions, a partial or full refund of an electronic payment is possible only if parts or the whole order cannot be fulfilled. In the case of transactions made with a credit/debit card, the refund is made by means of a credit transaction on the card with which the payment was made.


  1. Return policy

8.1 Pursuant to Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”), a buyer who has the status of a consumer within the meaning of the CPA has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract and request the return of the goods ordered and purchased by him within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods. In the specific case, however, the Users do not have the right of refusal under Art. 50 of the PPE in relation to the Products offered by the Restaurant, as they are products with a short shelf life within the meaning of Art. 57, item 4 of the Civil Code.


8.2 Regardless of the above, the User has the right: to file a complaint within 60 (sixty) minutes from the time of receiving the delivery of the ordered Products, in the event that the Order is not complete or in the event that the delivered Products do not correspond to the order made An order. If the complaint is made after this period, the Restaurant is not obliged to follow the policy for accepting complaints.


8.3 Within the period under paragraph (1) and under the same conditions, the User can make a complaint in any of the following ways: (1) on the spot in the commercial outlet of the Restaurant, from which he received the finished Order, (2) by phone call 0886 012585 or (3) by e-mail sent to the e-mail address of quattrostagioni.bg@yahoo.com. The Restaurant has the right to ask the Users to submit a photo of the advertised Product, or to return the Product to the Restaurant, so that the validity of the complaint can be assessed. Please note that a Product that is consumed in full or more than 50% cannot be the subject of a complaint.


8.4 Changing or canceling an Order after it has been sent cannot be done. In the event of a justified complaint, the Restaurant offers the following options for resolving the identified problem by agreement with the Customer: replacing the Product with a new one or refunding the amount paid for it.

–  Free drink

When you order, for every BGN 40 from your order, you get a free drink. When you enter your cart, if your amount is above the specified values, a window will automatically appear in which you must select the drink you want. Drinks are as follows and cannot be exchanged for other items:

If for some reason you are unable to choose your gift drink, please contact us on the phones indicated in the contacts section. The restaurant reserves the right to change the conditions for providing the drink gift without prior notice


– Cashback

When you have registered as a user on the restaurant platform and order food, 5% of the value of your orders is automatically accumulated as a cashback amount in your account. You can use the accumulated amount when paying for future orders in the form of a discount on the value of your new order, but no later than 30 days after receiving the cashback amount. Also, the value of the applied discount cannot exceed 50% of the value of your new order. If within 30 days of receiving the cashback amount you do not use it, it is automatically deleted from your account. The cashback amount can only be used as a discount on your next order and cannot be refunded in cash or via bank transfer. Please note that Cashback applies only to orders with delivery to an address.


– Order for pickup

When you place an order through the platform with the Pick up option from the restaurant, you receive a 10% discount on the value of your order.


– Allergies

Prepared foods may contain ingredients and/or additives that can cause allergies and intolerances. If the Customer is allergic to certain foods or ingredients, it is recommended to review the ingredients and the possible content of allergens in the product he intends to order and to notify the Restaurant of which ingredients he is allergic to and which ingredients should be removed, if possible. If you have doubts about the allergens listed in the Restaurant Offer, you can contact us at the phone numbers indicated in the Platform for additional information. The Restaurant is not responsible for health problems arising as a result of allergic reactions caused by foods and products for which the Customer has not informed the Restaurant in advance that he has an intolerance to them.



  1. Applicable law

Invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. In the relations between the parties, the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria is applied.


With each order from the Platform, the Customer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
