• Persons with access to the server storing the recordings from the video surveillance system, in order to provide security services and prevent incidents with the property, personnel and other visitors in the sites, as well as in order to limit the negative consequences of these incidents and ensure of insurance coverage;

3.2. Other personal data administrators to whom “Marix” EOOD provides your personal data, processing your data on the basis of a legal requirement

• Competent authorities, which by virtue of a normative act have the authority to demand from “Marix” EOOD the provision of information, including personal data, such as – a Bulgarian court or a court of another country, various supervisory/regulatory authorities – Consumer Protection Commission, Communications Regulatory Commission, authorities with powers to protect national security and public order, such as but not limited to – police, Ministry of Internal Affairs, prosecutor’s office, DANS and others when investigating detected illegal intrusion and /or damage to an object/s and/or movable objects in it/them and/or damage to third parties located in the objects and disclosure of the perpetrators of such illegal actions.

• Video recordings of a visit to an object/s of “Marix” EOOD, prepared with video surveillance equipment, are stored for a period of up to 50 days from the creation of the recording.

5. What are your rights in relation to the processing of personal data by “Marix” EOOD

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights:

5.1. to obtain access to your personal data and information of the type included in this Privacy Policy with respect to the data in question. You can ask “Marix” EOOD for information on whether and for what purposes we process your personal data;
